Direct Shipping Details: 

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment, via USPS or Fedex. All orders will be charged a flat rate, regardless of the amount of items, and will be insured for shipping.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Please notify Zava Mastercuts prior to making the purchase if priority or first class mail is preferred. There may be an extra fee associated with your request.

If the shipping address is different from the billing address please note this during the checkout process to ensure your package is sent to the proper location. 

Return Policy:

You may request a return of your purchase, 15 calendar days within receipt of the signed package.
